I have the 3 set and they are beautiful! Had them for around 2 years now. Rose gold ones but the gold on the outer part of the ring had chipped off completely. Disappointing really but some are cheaper than others I guess. I was looking at some others before this happened but would not purchase again.

Arrived today, quick delivery & packaged well.
Reason for 4 stars is i used the size guide on there website and the ring is way to big on me, it suggested a size 11 when measuring another ring i had.
Also, I had hoped there would be a little card inside with the ring to explain the stone I'd chosen, it's meaning, as it did on the websit, and this is what made me purchase it for a friend the meaning behind it. Personally i thought this would have made a lovely touch, especially as a gift.
There's also no return slip incase i need to return it, you have to contact them directly.

I tried to do this all on my laptop but your website failed to go to checkout via PayPal. After like four tries gave up and went to the phone and ordered. This purchase should have taken 5 min ended up being an hour ughhhh

The jewellery is beautiful, but unfortunately very poorly made for the price point. I bought the T-lock heroine necklace and supernal necklaces in November. The T-lock was constantly coming undone just while walking around and I’d notice and have to reattach it; eventually it came off without me noticing and I lost it! I’ve had t-lock necklaces from other companies and have never had them come undone just while wearing.
Then - After a couple of months, the stone on the supernal necklace fell out! I’ve had much cheaper necklaces last years so again the quality is so disappointing.
Customer service went back and forth with me, clearly didn’t want to take ownership of the issue and eventually agreed to send a replacement to the value of the supernal necklace. There was only one other necklace (with a different closure) so I requested that…
Again beautiful BUT… the necklace broke within an hour! I tugged at it slightly whilst zipping up a coat and it snapped. Incredible.
I messaged customer service once again who said that this fell outside of their warranty. So I’ve spent over £200 on jewellery that are unwearable annd immeasurably less well made than £20 necklaces from the high street.
They look beautiful but I’m so disappointed!

I was sent a text with a promo for free shipping, but did not receive free shipping. I contacted the live chat for help, they had to ask their marketing team and could not provide a solution, and said they would follow up via email. The tax amount also increased twice while processing order.

I bought the Queen lana, black obsidian ring. I ordered the ring first and then came to read these comments and I was shocked and expected the worst to happen because of all the bad reviews. Thankfully that was not the case, the ring is beautiful and fits perfectly. The stone is also legitimate obsidian, overall I'm pleased. Only cons I can mention is that delivery is very slow and the shiny plating on the silver wore off within days. Luckily the dullness is only visible on the back part of the ring, so does not really affect the overall look of the ring. The white zircon also shines very beautiful when it catches the light.

In November I ordered 3 rings from moon magic spending over €200. One for myself and 2 for a sister. Of the 3 I ordered, after 2 months of wear the diamond fell out of one and another has turned yellow. The stone was previously opal and is now just yellow and green.
We contacted moon magic about the missing diamond which they have said is not down to their craftsmanship and is just down to ‘wear and tear’. My sister works a desk job, she isn’t doing manual labour. There isn’t a mark of the ring suggesting any wear and tear and I personally would expect more than 2 months from a ring costing over €80.
When they originally arrived I was really happy with them. Packaging and everything was lovely but the quality is definitely lacking and the company’s unwillingness to help or take ownership of the issue is just not acceptable.

I’ve had multiple rings from Moon Magic, but had an issue with the most recent one. A prong supporting a large stone basically fell off after only 4 months. Initially the company were unwilling to help but then reconsidered and have issued a replacement at no cost. I’m happy that I’ll get to wear the ring again as it is beautiful. I wish the company hadn’t had this initial policy of placing blame on me but I do appreciate the outcome.

I was so excited to receive my opal rose gold engagement ring from my partner! I had wanted it ever since I stumbled across the site several years back. I would like to point out that I do have other jewellery from this site without issue which I love (earrings and necklace-also opal) Opal is my birthstone and all my jewellery contains the gem.
However I’m absolutely devastated at how the stone looks after less than 1 year! The stone quickly discoloured and turned yellow despite the only time wearing it around water being when I wash my hands. I always take it off for bed and would never wear it for bathing/swimming/cleaning etc. I reported to costumer service that my ring had discoloured and there seemed to be a bubble within the stone. I followed the instructions to dry the stone out under a lamp for several days and although there was a slight improvement in colour I’m still left with a dull, yellowish opal with a strange bubble within. Absolutely devastating due to the fact I’m getting married this summer and the ring looks awful in pictures! Maybe not ideal as a ring you wear everyday if it’s so sensitive you can’t even wash your hands with it on.
