Bought a moonstone ring as a gift for my girlfriend in October. In January the stone fell out of the setting. Complained to Moonstone. The response was fast but they are saying the stone fell out due to normal wear and tear. So 2 months wearing the ring is enough for the stone to fall off from normal wear and tear? Come on. That’s either sign of bad quality of the rings or a company not taking their customers serious. Either or, I honestly would recommend looking elsewhere for jewelry

I didn't like the fact that I tried to use the promo codes that were sent to my phone and it was available on your website and it was not available to be used for a first-time buyer. If you going to advertise profusely everywhere that there's a 10% discount for first time buyers there should not be restrictions. Not worth it, pretty jewelry, but absolutely no help when their faulty jewelry breaks. Customer service translated to "Feck you and your broken jewelry, but do give us more of your money please". No resolution, only empty "genuinely sorry" and now they're ignoring me. Save yourself the trouble and find a company with better customer service.
UPDATE: They also delete any comments on their social media that don't praise them to the heavens. Absolutely scammy.
UPDATE 2: after 2 weeks and submitting another claim with pictures, they agreed that the original ring was not up to standard and sent a replacement. This one seems to be of better quality, but time will tell. Definitely take time to inspect the jewelry upon arrival to make sure it is the quality you were expecting.

Love the items but my necklace lost its moonstone after 9 months and their customer service denied me a replacement or goodwill gesture.
Shame as it was a sentimental gift from my best friend for my 30th, thought they may have some compassion but no, unfortunately won't be purchasing or recommending MoonMagic anymore.
I've never experienced jewelry break like this and I have had loads over the years. Quality needs to improve for the prices MoonMagic charge. Prices should reflect the quality.

I would rather spend my money on good quality jewelry that will last thanks. So gutted because it had sentimental value too being from my best friend for 30th, so obviously would have been nice to cherish that gift.

Lovely jewelry but poor service. Ordered on 11th of November delivered on 2nd of January. Missing two major occasions to made it a gift. I was emailing customer service and they promised it will arrive with plenty time before xmas.
The company is based in USA not UK and i believe their delivery time are exaggerated any way.
