When I say the absolute best customer service I’ve ever received!! Quick to respond to my messages and emails..I had an issue with my cavitation machine. I contacted them and they shipped me a new one that same week!!! I highly recommend this company ❤️

I held off on writing a review until I had used the machine for over a month. Customer service has been excellent - when I first made inquiries they answered promptly even though it was a holiday. They also took the initiative to explain pricing, taxes and shipping fees. Even after I received the machine, they have answered any questions I have had very promptly even when some of the questions were already answered in their user guides. They also have a group chat where anyone can ask questions, which has been very informative and helpful for me.

My experience with Mychway Shop has always been great. The machines are as described online and the customer service is amazing. I wanted to get a backup handle for my machine. So I could not find the part on the website reached out to customer service and they directed me right to it. And assisted me through the whole process. Receive the product promptly tried it out works great. Was very satisfied with the customer service and the speedy response from everyone involved. This was my first time ordering from MYCHWAY. I ordered the 5-in-1 cavitation machine at an awesome price. I wasn't sure what to expect, but their customer service totally blew me away.
