In my original package, there were missing parts. I contacted Mychway and received an immediate response and continuous follow up throughout the process until the products that were missing arrived at my door. I ordered 6 in 1 cavitation machine and it’s as described and on time delivery. The customer service is great and they get back to you in a timely manner on what’s app. Have not used it yet and will review in a few months regarding my results either here or on YouTube .

My experience with Mychway has been excellent! Questions are responded to within 24hrs, the customer service reps are very helpful and courteous. I love my machine, it takes time and you have to be consistent but it performs exactly the way it’s presented. My skin looks 10 years younger!

I ordered 2 different machines. It took almost 4 months to receive because I live outside of the U.S. Miya kept in touch with me the entire time. Sending updates and requesting more information if needed. There was never a time that I reached out and did not receive a timely response. My review is mainly based on the customer service since I have yet to use either machine.
