I have been with my credit union since the 1970's. I can always count on them. I have financed my cars through them. I have a credit card through them. I like the ease of having my accounts on ne page. The electronic banking is even easy for a dinosaur like I am.

The checking account is completely fee-free and has an excellent rate. The online account is easy to use, and the app makes access very easy.
Easy loan process with Consumers Credit Union
I had a very easy and attractively-priced car loan with Consumers Credit Union. The credit union personnel for loan origination and service were great. A happy customer. I just paid off the loan and it was a good relationship for three+ years.

Helpful customer service at the branch but unhelpful information given when I called and asked what needed to be brought to branch to open a teen account. They failed to tell me I’d need SSN and it ended up wasting a lot of time. We got it done later electronically but I wish they would’ve told me when I specifically called to ask.
