Be very careful with this company before you give them card details. I got nothing but they took money anyway. Company seems to be registered in Lithuania.

I joined with a good discount, however the following month they took £62.20 out of my account in 2 payments on the same day and when I complained that I was not warned, they gave me a refund of £5 as a gesture of goodwill. Really don’t see any goodwill in that!!!

I used to be 69kg but I am now 79kg , I used to smoke but have not since 2018, I used to be on . In 2011 I had 3 stents then 2018 I had a triple heart by Pass. I also then got taken into hospital with Covid, I was put on program of steroids, I had a mask on giving me oxygen, I was very ill, I was in hospital for 6 weeks. Since then I've suffered with long Covid which effects my legs,,

This company’s billing method is fraudulent. I signed up for a six month trial. Without realizing that it would automatically bill me in other words auto pay. In addition, there was an additional unexplained charge in which I never received answers for. After multiple attempts of going to PayPal and my personal bank. I just had to cut the losses. I hate dealing with this company and would never ever use this service again, nor would I recommend them.

The app is the best I have come across. The ability to swap meals, make them personal with little ingredient changes is so helpful. The meals are by necessity a little restrictive - but maybe later they will change. I certainly do not feel hungry and often do not even eat the snacks available. It is early days but I am losing weight! Thank you.

The program looked pretty good but I never really used it. Got a message today of a $72 charge on my card from them. $25 every 3 months is what I agreed to. I have canceled the subscription and requested a refund as I never agreed to that. Never again! Poor customer service and overcharging.
