I came here just to get a meal plan because I’ve done everything else that was being offered to me and I didn’t wanna go there anymore. I like that it was easy for me to reject all your different offers.

The recipes are tasty, although redundant for someone whose diet is plant based. However, I HAVE lost 7# in 9 weeks - even with eating some meals out of plan - so I’m happy!

I signed up for the plan and downloaded the app. I declined all the additional offers for the time being, but the website seems very informative and user friendly. I've really been struggling with a diet plan so am hopeful that this will set me on the right path.

Easy to set up and offers good tutorials and advice. Recipe ingredient swaps could be easier, and some logging processes could be easier.

It is good value and so easy to use , even swaps. Loving the recipes and ample to eat in fact haven’t had the snack option many times. I would like the option to weigh in grams, in England we don’t use cups but I’m getting the hang of it. Also not sure where to record the drinks I have other than water. Great so far.

When I first saw this offer I was at my parents computer and didn't have my purse with me so was unable to complete. When I came back on the computer a few days later I was given a second chance to start still with a reduction in price. I really hope I will find a few meals that suit my very simple food likes.

There’s a good selection of menu options though I’d like to increase the protein ratio and reduce some of the carbs.

I think that they have excellent customer service. I was injured and couldn't participate at the time so as soon as I am able will return to their services

Not a 1-star review about the product but the company. Don’t waste your money. I signed up and could not download the app, I contacted them twice on their hard to find email address and no reply. Meantime charged 2 months, attempted 3 in a row and finally a response saying I’d deleted account so no refund. (It’s not cheap either!) I had to delete it to stop the payments coming out!!! So disappointed.

In February 2026 I was diagnosed with Type2 Diabetes, I searched online for help. MyDiabetes was offering an initial monthly fee much lower than the normal fee and it read as if this was a trial period. I signed up but never received any further information. On checking my PayPal account 4 further payments have been collected by My Diabetes (over £150). After a lot of effort I found a email address for My Diabetes and after numerous emails I was advised how I could get into my account. I requested a cancellation and a refund of all payments taken between March and June which they refused to do. Will be taking the matter further as I believe MyDiabetes website is not clear as to what you are signing up for.
