Good communication

I did not order VIP service or shipping insurance they just added it on the end. Rip off Update: prompt response saying that they will provide me with a refund of those extras. Informed me that those extra services that i did not want were able to be deleted at checkout.

Quality products delivered on time

I have used make photo puzzle on several occasions and they have always delivered on time and in budget. Jeep Wrangler Tire Cover

First cover was poorly made. Semi difficult time with getting replacement,wanted to charge me more money for replacement. Person I first dealt with was named “Gene”, then dealt with someone named “Elsie” who went above and beyond customer satisfaction,as it should be. Did not charge me extra for a replacement,and actually upgraded my product. Kept in constant communication with me via email,about status of new cover. Received it in a timely manner and it is perfect. If you need to deal with anyone it should be Elsie. She deals with customers concern the way all businesses should.
