The product was lovely, but the delivery didn’t come as it was supposed to.
I had an issue where my first payment didn’t go through (my error) and the folks at Theo Grace were helpful and reassuring. I had complete confidence that I could send all my information through again and wouldn’t be charged twice. You don’t always feel that way when buying online. Oh, and the necklace is beautiful. I highly recommend them.

Bad quality products and awful customer service- I purchased a necklace from here and it snapped , after contacting them they sent out another one which snapped a week later again. I decided I want a refund they refused that and only offered another exchange. I would never purchase anything from them again and would not recommend them either . Terrible quality and awful customer service .

Excellent communication beautiful piece of jewellery
The necklace I purchased is beautiful but the construction is the downside. The rings keep moving around so this is addition to the placement of the names, when wearing it, it makes it difficult for the names to properly be read

I love the little rings with my grandkids name on them. I wish there was small beads that had the similar hole so I could use those in the necklace as well.
