Deep was helpful and patient. I got my call back a few days after purchasing. We got Daytona Beach which isn’t the best destination but it’ll do. We had to pay extra to fly out of the closest airport to us, which we knew but still disappointing and we fly into Orlando and have to get a rental car. Again, not horrible. It’s cool to try and see what you get. I might do this again once more if they ever offer it again. While we couldn’t change the destination, we could change the dates after the first draw of dates didn’t work. Deep worked with us to find new dates on a weekend and stayed on the phone while I made a decision and read over legal docs for the trip. I appreciate the patience and look forward to another beach mystery trip where I don’t have to think too hard about where to go.

Avoid Weekender Breaks. Bait-and-switch with "Travel Expert" Prince
Do not waste your time or money on Weekender Breaks mystery vacation vouchers. The initial offer sounds exciting, but the redemption call with their agent, Prince, was an exhausting high-pressure sales pitch.
When Prince called to process our Groupon voucher, he explained the terms, we agreed and he then announced the algorithm put us in the bronze package. Initially, Prince dangled a 5-day / 4-night package to San Francisco (which we excitedly accepted). Immediately after, he put us on hold, came back, and claimed he "couldn't recommend" the hotel. When I pointed out that all hotels are guaranteed to be 3-star or better under the voucher terms, Prince repeatedly refused to honor it, insisting he wouldn't put us there and tried to downgrade us to a 3-day / 2-night stay in Orlando instead.
It was obvious they were pushing Orlando to burn cheap bulk inventory rather than honoring the higher-value offer. When I insisted on San Francisco, Prince claimed we had to pay an upcharge to get a decent hotel and flat-out refused to return to the original 5-day / 4-night duration. On top of that, he completely ignored my preferred travel dates, pushing weekends even though I specifically requested weekdays.
Prince spent nearly an hour systematically degrading our trip, pushing upsells, and rushing me to sign a contract on the phone while verbally repeating "take your time."
Save yourself the frustration. Weekender Breaks relies on coercive phone tactics to extract extra cash. You are far better off booking your own vacation on your own terms. Next time we'll throw a dart at a map for the "mystery" of it.

If I could give zero stars I would. After being on hold for a long time, she told me to check for her email. She told me to open the email, then pushed me through very quickly....'hit continue, next, continue, etc; never once pausing to actually let me read anything(there are NINE pages of legal). I asked him in the middle of this if I had to do this right now, & she said YES. As a result, we have dates that we cannot travel. We can change them for $195 each. I feel this system is setup solely for them to make money on the extra fees they charge. DO NOT DO THIS!!

Overpriced Deal, not worth it. It would have been a few hundred dollars cheaper to book on my own. They send you to the closest and cheapest destination based on the airport you pick. You don't get the exact days either but i could deal with that if the price reflected an actual deal or savings but sadly it does not. Paid extra to leave from an airport that has a direct flight to my destination, the upcharge was more than what the actual plane ticket would have cost.
Cincinnati to Ft. Lauderdale, had to pay an upcharge to not get sent to Myrtle Beach which was the first
"drawl". DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!
