Hour late on pick up. Then the driver spent the journey either on the phone to a friend or speeding at 120kph whilst doomscrolling on InstaGram. Did not feel safe

Dreadful service

Booked transfers in advance giving flight times, number of passengers etc. on arrival there was no one waiting - we rang the company who said he’s on his way. Half an hour later a driver turned up. Once he found us he stormed off back to his car without any sort of greeting and leaving us to struggle with our luggage. Once we got to the car we found a child seat in the back so 2 of us had to squeeze in the back. His driving also left a lot to be desired braking sharply. Would never use or recommend them again 😡😡😡

All I can say is do not use didn’t pick us up for return to Alicante airport left us high and dry 8 adults and three kids phoned 24 hour help line if you can call it a help line said they didn’t have a driver to get us so there is nothing we can do and put the phone down so we had to arrange for three taxis from the local area which then cost us another £450 euros so do yourself a favour and never use because they r so unreliable and don’t care if they don’t pick you up

Child car seat missing for return journey

Transfer booked in UK several months before trip. Good communication throughout. Driver messaged to say he had arrived and was waiting as soon as we landed. Good smooth transfer to accommodation. 3 car seats provided for the children as requested on booking. On return journey- good communication. Let us know he was stuck in traffic and would be 30 minutes late. However return taxi only had 2 child seats and due to delay we were unable to do anything about this and forced to have one child travel without their car seat. Very unhappy and disappointed about this as everything else about the transfers was so good. But this is a fundamental failure, and is the reason for 2 stars instead of 5. If travelling without children then excellent reliable service.

My transfers from and to the AP (Heraklion) on both dates went completely smoothly. I received clear & timely advance confirmation/information both by email & Whatsapp. The drivers were very friendly, no "crazy driving" (I felt absolutely secure at all moments), the vehicles in top shape & clean. Happy to have made this choice. Top quality for an unbeatable price. Strongly recommend & happy to 'hop on' again on any next occasion arising. 👍😊

Would highly recommend this transfer company. Excellent communication regarding pick ups. Drivers were waiting at both pick ups on time, and were very professional and friendly. Comfortable cars for our 40 minute transfer in Heraklion. Great price, would definitely use this company again.

Transfer from airport was very good however the return was a different story. Did not turn up on time, I had to call them otherwise I don’t think it would have turned up at all
