Unfortunately the taxi was not there when we arrived. After phone calls and messaging one finally did arrive after nearly 1 hour of waiting. Then we had to walk a very long way which is not good for an 80 year old lady !!!

I booked this for a transfer from Prague airport to the old town, they give you 1 hour from your plane landing to meet your driver this is absolutely impossible to do with the queues at border control so our driver left us, a service which we had paid for left us having to get an uber, avoid at all costs terrible service, Booking number DB1293053014

We have used my transfers several times and excellent service every time. Reminders are texted and emailed to us and driver has always contacted us letting us know he is waiting for us at said destination. Superb service. Always on time if not before time sometimes. Will continue without doubt to use this company.

The system is not very fair to consumers. I booked an appointment and realized the pickup address was wrong. I contacted customer service to update the pickup location and the refused because the pick up was less than 24 hours. I was not l ooking to cancel but provide the correct address that turns out is the same cost as the wrong address. This company should be more accommodating with location updates

Very easy to book online. Our flight was delayed by nearly 2 hours but our driver was waiting in arrivals as planned. He loaded all our cases into the minibus. The over 1 hour journey to our villa was perfect. The driver also stayed with us when the keys were not in the lock box at the gate..he walked with us to the villa and we discovered the keys in the front door. On our return to the airport he arrived on time and drove down to our villa and loaded the cases. Overall a very professional experience and wouldn't hesitate to recommend My travel
