While the retail markup was ultimately a dealbreaker for my budget, I have to highlight their excellent customer service. Shella, in particular, was fantastic. She was fast, professional, and incredibly helpful in assisting me with my request today. I highly appreciate her support and making the process smooth. Name.com has a great support team, but their long-term domain pricing needs to be more competitive.
