I ordered the black edged stair treads. They arrived quickly, in great condition, and fit the stairs perfectly as described. I wasn't sure how the texture would be on bare feet. A bit rough at first compared to the carpet treads I replaced, but am now used to it.
Timely shipping. Easy installation. Good quality. One stair tread a little smaller than the others, but overall, I am pleased.
The sisal/wool area rug we bought earlier this year to match our treads had a much better anti slip backing than the one we just purchased. The first one did not need a rug pad to avoid slipping. This most recent one needed an anti slip rug pad to keep from sliding on wood floor. Don’t know why they switched.
Very good selection and service. I'm happy with my purchase. Would recommend this company.
I love the stair treads. They look fantastic! My only issue was paying $150 for them to be shipped to Hawaii.
Quality materials, great selection of rugs. Timely delivery. Would only suggest that you trim the backing pad a bit shorter than the rug so the customer does not have to trim it.
1. Beautiful high-quality rugs. 2. In person they looked exactly as presented on-line. 3. Arrived quickly. 4. Customer service promptly and efficiently correcting an error I made on my initial order. Highly recommend
Excellent product.. easy to install.
Exactly how I pictured it. Thank you.
Great finished product, delivered 2 days early! Looks great…
Beautiful. Ordered another style/set for another staircase.
First if all, customer service was quick and helpful! My stair treads arrived with the landing rug cut perfectly to size. Wish I knew about this company years ago! Plus company is in the USA. I will be back.
Love these rugs! This is my second purchase and I am a huge fan. Well packaged, looks great and no sliding around because of the latex backing.
I have now bought 2 large runners from Natural Area Rugs. They look clean and elegant. They shipped (well packaged) fairly quickly. I have full confidence that this company has their customers best interest at heart.
We love our new stair treads! They arrived just as expected and were easy to install!
Purchased arrived promptly and you worked with me in canceling my Etsy order so I was able to purchase directly from you. The item is quality. Thank you so very much.
First time user, and glad we did. Replaced 28 year old stenciled sisal area rug with new sisal rug from NARugs…..quite happy!
This rug is an exact replacement for a rug we ordered from Natural Area rugs and had for several years. The last one served us well and it was simply time to get a new one to work with our new couch. We really liked the leather and cotton weave materials, colors and resiliency. Natural Area rugs was easy to reorder and delivered just in time. We highly recommend them as a source for sustainable and comfortable floor coverings.
This is the third or fourth time I have ordered from Natural Area Rugs and they didn't disappoint. Perfect every time!
We were able to order the exact size we needed and the order was fulfilled in a very short time. We are more than satisfied. Jerry
