DO NOT TALK WITH JULIA SHE'S MENTALLY ILL. AND ACTS OVERLY NICE.. Do NOT use this company.. She promised my 2 vehicles would be picked up on a certain day 10 days in advance. We communicated daily and reassured me they would be picked up on that day.. 2 days before the pickup day Nobody got in touch with me at all and nobody ever showed up!!. She never apologized and ever got back with me.. I lost so much money planning around this that never happened because I had to make other travel arrangements. She should be totally ashamed of herself.
The company is dishonest and untrustworthy and do not care about the customer. They agreed with me on one price but advertised to drivers board very late (the day before my car pick up) with a much higher price $750 more! I was depending on them and they told me about this increase in shipping cost the day before my pickup. They are extremely unprofessional and does not listen to the customer's needs.
Top of the line service! David was referred to me by the dealer that I bought my car from. The process was easy and relatively painless. David kept in contact, keeping me up to date with the details. Igor was my transport driver and likewise kept me up to date regarding a delay and expected arrival time. My car journeyed from New York to Indiana safely. Both David and Igor were great to work with!
Elsa went over and beyond to help me my trucked shipped and made it arrived on date that was needed she was very professional if you need your vehicle shipped look know further than Neptune Auto Transport
The communication from Joe Greene was excellent. He guided through the process every step of the way. Our son's car was stuck out of state. Joe was able to find a driver and get the car to our mechanic by our home within 24 hours of us calling him. Outstanding!
This experience was great. I was getting overloaded with inquiries about the transport and when Neptune Auto called were patient and professional. They really were working with my schedule as I could not give them an exact date at first. Taylor Dawson was my point person and he was very knowledgeable and reliable.
