I bought an item, but after a few minutes later, I would like to cancel the order. However, I look into everywhere, there is no cancellation option available. I downloaded the newfrog app from Google play hoping that the cancellation is working from it, again, you can't cancel it. I feel I am being cheated and you know what, they don't even provide ways to contact them, no phones, emails, online chats, etc. By the way, the app is not working very well. Not going to shop from here again.

Junk that looks fairly good. Shipping it back to China with tracking costs a lot for something that never worked. Wish I read the reviews or went to Amazon.

Thieves! I don't know if is possible to give less than one star. Those people are thieves. Droppshiping from china, lying about delivery dates. A product from them was received in damaged box, missing part and ofcourse not working. Its useless to me. Its on its way to garbage. I never managed to use the product. The customer service is making fun of me. Like screw you, we have your money now. And they even make jokes about it. Refusing to refund or even care to replace the product...

Item fine but there is no evidence on website that item comes from Singapore. Website stares free shipping but I then had to pay £16-75 in customs charge. I would not order from them again as items are way cheaper in the UK.

Had five orders up to now and delivery times have varied from a week to a month but shipping is free and what is to be expected when goods come from China, Vietnam, Cambodia etc? All items received have exceeded quality expectations with some electronic parts being stunningly well made for the price and some things recognizable as from same factories as known brands but with simple packaging.
