If I could give a 3.5 stars I would. The items I purchased were a good to very good price ie replacement strap for a TomTom Spark Cardio for $11 compared to $55 from TomTom - & I’m really happy with the quality - so why all the negativity - I think it’s a combination of very slow postal service ( allow a month at least BUT it was free what do you expect- came on a slow boat from China - pun intended) & impatience from buyers! Room for improvement - absolutely but I will be back !!!

DONT DO IT. I purchased a small electronic device which never showed up. I payed with credit card and the card information was used without my knowledge a few days later for about 2.000 dollars. Big fraud company.

I ordered from NewFrog prior to reading reviews on this site. On reading the reviews I immediately e-mailed them requesting cancellation prior to dispatch. I received an automatic confirmation of receipt of my request but no response. I subsequently received an e-mail saying that my item had been shipped together with tracking information. The tracking information was bogus. I will report NewFrog to Paypal in the hope that Paypal will take away their right to trade through the Paypal service. Update 22/3/18 - Paypal refunded my money but at no cost to Newfrog (AKA Chinatera) so they are free to continue scamming their international customers
DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAMMERS!!! Ordered a product, never got it. The gave me some bogus tracking number with no shipping company details.
I placed and paid my order 20 Dec 2017, I have tracking number, it left China 22 Dec. It is 25 Feb 2018 Not received , no responce to my email. Looks like they are a total fraud.
Firstly they do not warrant 1 star but at least 1 star has to be selected to be able to write a review. I can only endorse the previous reviews. I ordered a KVM switch, and paid via Paypal on 24th Jan 2018l. I received an e-mail from New Frog stating that when I paid they would send the goods. I assumed that someone hadn't read the order correctly and that they would receive the money from Paypal. On 1st February i e-mailed New Frog and asked where my goods were. On 2nd February I received a reply telling me that I hadn't paid for it yet. I furnished the proof that I had paid which included the Paypal reference. On the 7th Feb. New Frog said that they had received the money and my goods would be shipped within 48 hours. On the 8th Feb. I received an e-mail to say that my payment has been found and my goods will be shipped in 24 hours. Goods eventually arrived on 14th Feb. But it doesn't work. What a waste of time and money. Website cannot be reached. I will repeat what other people have said "GIVE THEM A WIDE BERTH, THEY ARE A LOAD OF CON MEN"
I ordered a car radio for my husband's birthday thinking I was making a great deal. It arrived fast but not as described. There was no dvd player as advertised but we were willing to make without. On the first day the power on/off switch didn't work well; on the next day it didn't work at all. I contacted the company with this problem. The response I got was check to see if it's well plugged in (which is was). Seeing I was not getting satisfactory answers to my problem (none at all) I went through PayPal resolution center. What I got after a week of waiting was to send it back to the following address: Chinatera Limited 龙岗区坂田街道坂雪岗大道新天下工业城一号楼301, 深圳, 广东省 518000 China I answered that I did not speak or write Chinese, and I had lost enough money without dishing out another 75$ for sending it back with tracing. Do not trust this company, do not trust PayPal Resolution Centre to be fair. They are on the company's side. Just don't send money overseas, you might not get it back. I unfortunately learned the hard way. I ended up buying another car radio with a brand name through Amazon to give my husband for his birthday. Busted the budget!!!
Goods never arrived. Tracking says it arrived in Copenhagen 26.DEC and it is now 12.FEB, and they keep asking me to go to the Post Office. Same answer every week. No refund, Don't trust the company. Use anything else.
Ordered items Nov 3, 2017 and it's now Feb 8, 2018 and no sign of my items. No way to track. Very disappointing. Thought I'd give this site a try, BIG mistake.
I had to use PayPal to get my money back as they didn't sent me my goods and used costums as the sinner. There were never any tracking on the goods but stil Newfrog claimed that it was rejected in customs and sent back (!!!). Never buy from a company using others than PayPal as they can get your money back. I got my money back with the help from PayPal. Never gonna use this company again!
Paid but nothing sent and no response to emails. Ordered goods with long delivery time in Nov 2017. 2 months later nothing had arrived or been sent (no emails to confirm order sent). No replies to repeated emails. Don't use them! Unless you want to wait for nothing after paying in full.

Do not use this website ! It looks as if the page is English, but it is a Chinese website. They would raise your money - but not send you the goods. If one tries to write to them, you will have only a "false" answer that the goods have been sent. I ordered goods December 4. and they are not arrived yet on 27 December If I was informed that it was a Chinese website, so I had never traded there.
Don't give these crooks any money. Ordered several and got good ok. But when there was an issue with one of cameras they kept my money and refused to answer my e-mails. To date they have not replied or made good on the order.
Customers need to be aware: this is a bunch of dishonest and manipulating crooks. This is how they get RICH: - They do not deliver goods. They REFUSE to give a REFUND, UNLESS their RATING is raised first. And for what? - for a LOUSY SERVICE and MANIPULATION? Better stick to the safe Aussie, UK, USA or European market.

Have a extremely long expected delivery time listed on their site 3. they ask you to wait even longer when you email to say it has not arrived 4. they then ignore your emails when it still doesn't arrive 5. the Contact Us web site does not work. email can not be delivered after submit clicked.
This is the WORST experience that I had online shopping so far! 1. I did NOT receive my item! 2. I could NOT reach customer service! 3. I did NOT receive my refund! DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND NEVER SEND YOU PRODUCTS THAT YOU ORDERED.
