We can do better
I feel that more should be done by the insurance company. My car was hit in front of a working camera. This information was given to my insurance company nothing has been done to pursue the hit and run driver. Instead I pay my premium on time for over 30 years I expected NJM to fine the other person and retrieve monies that were paid out to the body shop for repairs. Again receiving messages of working on the problem no results is heartbreaking. I know now next year will be a higher increase, even though someone hit my parked car.

I received an immediate response to my attempt to open a claim. There have been delays in the settling of the claim, which I believe are part of the response of the service departments performing the services. The adjuster, Eric Niola, was knowledgeable, prompt and efficient in closing the claim.

Had an unfortunate incident where shrapnel struck and damaged my vehicle. Claim agent and adjustor were friendly and helpful. They collaborated with the body shop to achieve a good outcome.
