When someone hit my parked car
When someone hit my parked car, NJM kept me informed and walked me through the entire process. They also offered many options of communication via email, text and phone. I’ve had NJM for over 27 years and I have no complaints. Highly recommend.

NJM was the best to work with during…
NJM was the best to work with during the processing of having my car repaired. They worked directly with the collision repair company and I didn’t have to do anything except make the initial call regarding my accident! After the repair the paid my claim within a week! The collision company I used said NJM was one the best companies they work with!! I highly recommend NJM.

This was our first interaction with…
This was our first interaction with NJM. We put an auto claim in for an accident which occurred when a deer damaged our vehicle. It took over 3 weeks for there to be any movement to address this issue. This process has been very stressful and exhausting on our part in getting any help or communication with NJM.
