After recently experiencing a hit and run on my vehicle, NJM has been with me every step of the way to help find the person who hit my car and get their insurance to pay for it. I would also like to send a special shout out to Erik Veiga, who not only went above and beyond to get the information I needed during this time, but also demonstrated professionalism and dedication to make sure I was taken care of. I'm proud to be an NJM customer knowing they have employees who truly help their clients.

Everything went like clockwork.
Initially I tried to work with the person who hit my car's insurer - State Farm was a Circus with one clown show after another!!! - I made the wise decision of contacting NJM. In about 30 minutes the ball was rolling!!! Tracey Parker is INCREDIBLE!!!! The Body Shop was FANTASTIC!!! My car looks like new!!!

Anytime I have ever had to deal with NJM is always easy, pleasant and very satisfying. This is my all-time favorite insurance company ever. I’m gonna be really sad when we move out of state and I won’t be able to have this company anymore for my car and trailer insurance. I absolutely love NJM. You have the best customer service staff, and make any experience dealing with you. Excellent.

NJM Insurance Group I believe is the best Insurance company that covers cars and homes in New Jersey. I have both car and home insurance through NJM for over 25 years and they are the best. I recently had one of my vehicles stolen and Lauren Tadley was very helpful in guiding me though the process. My entire ordeal was handled professionally with sincere concern and sympathy. My wife also found her to be comforting. We are very grateful for her and extremely happy to have been insured by NJM Insurance Group.
The help I received when filing my claim was really great. All aspects from taking my report to synchronizing with a repair shop and arranging for a car loaner.
Very much happy with NJM
NJM has great coverage and excellent customer service. They've been extremely supportive during those unfortunate times when we've been involved in accidents.

Christopher did a good and complete job handling this claim. It did take awhile to get the copay back with subrogation
I have been totally impressed with the handling of my claim by New Jersey Manufacturers, especially Gianna Coparale. They contacted the collision repair company, the car rental company, and the insurance company of person who hit my car. All calls were made quickly. My car was repaired timely, and I got my deductible back in a vey reasonable amount of time. Thank you, NJM!
Having significant damage to one's vehicle is a very stressful time. Alexandra (my Adjuster) could not have been more kind and helpful, and she could not have done such an excellent job without NJM supporting her. In addition, she was very patient and flexible working around my schedule. The entire process was as smooth as it could possibly have been, and I am extremely pleased with the outcome.

NJM is always concerned about their clients, and how to serve them. I am always going to remain a dedicated client because they have always been by my side. It was easy to start the process get the car repaired and get the rental car
Very poor communication with agent. She completed the minimum to process the claim but didn’t acknowledge my emails or updates. Ironically I had a much better experience with the 3rd party insurance company who pre-approved my out of pocket expenses since their driver was at fault.
In summary, I have high expectations from NJM and expect them to perform better.
