This is for my two interactions with No Bull. First is for the product. I was recommended to try their shoes. The fit was great. I was able to order my ‘real’ size 11 1/2. You know the drill- some brands you are an10 and others you are a 13. Love my shoes. Second interaction was with a wonderful customer ambassador when the stitching on one shoe came out. The shoe is less than a year old. I take good care of my shoes but things happen. I made contact with this wonderful person and they handled it with the best care. Issue resolved in minutes and without run around. I am double impressed with this brand. You’ve made a repeat cutomer

I was really stressed when an old address somehow became associated with my most recent order. Even though there were a few hurdles, the customer service agent went above and beyond. When I asked for a more direct explanation of the next steps, he took the time to reassure me and let me know that NoBull values its customers and would make things right. They did, and the service was amazing.
My shoe exhibited a subtle structural defect early on. I shared this with staff and customer support. The response was totally positive. They offered a replacement and didn’t require me to package and return the defective pair. This is top shelf customer service. I have become a true No Bull fan.
Ordered some gym shoes for my son's Xmas present in the sale. Checked the tracking app that said they had been delivered. Panicked as I thought it may be a scam. Replied to their confirmation email, so useful rather than having to try and find contact details. Justine replied quickly with full tracking details. Parcel arrived later than expected but that's Royal Mail for you! I cannot compliment Justine's professionalism enough. A lot of companies could do with more Justines :-)
