They have some of the best Customer Service! I received my 14th pair of NOBULL shoes and needed to return this pair and get another style due to some ankle/foot surgeries. They were quick to respond and help me through this seamless and easy process to get me in the NOBULLS that work best for me. If you are looking for a shoe to train in, a specific sport, or to wear daily, I highly recommend NOBULL. I found them three years ago, and now I'm in my NOBULL shoes exclusively, whether that is in the gym, or traveling international for my work.

Their customer service is prompt and convenient and awesome! I bought a 2-piece outfit and debated returning it or exchanging the jacket for a larger size. Last minute I decided to try the exchange. I accidentally also sent back the matching tights. When I realized what happened, I had it straightened out and a new pair sent in less than 5 minutes using their chat feature.
I purchased at pair of shoes right before Christmas but after about 3 months, the rubber soles at heel of one of the shoes started lifting. I reached out to the company via online chat and was able to work with an agent to get a replacement pair at no charge. I really like the way the shoes fit and feel during my HIIT workouts. They provide just the right amount of support and flexibility to perform whatever exercises I'm doing, whether more strength training or more cardio sessions. Perfect shoe for that cross training environment
I ordered a pair of On Running shoes on January 29 for an upcoming vacation and paid extra for shipping protection. Unfortunately, as of March 12, I still have not received my package.
The tracking number now shows the shipment as lost. I have sent several emails and text messages to the contact number provided, but no one has responded. I also tried contacting the courier, but I have not been able to reach anyone there either. Very disappointing experience and extremely poor customer service. I expected much better support, especially after paying for shipping protection.

I purchased a pair of shoes in October 2025. I noticed this week my right shoe was splitting from the toe to the middle of the shoe. I contacted support and after they saw the pictures they requested, they immediately offered a refund or a replacement pair. I opted for the replacement pair and look forward to wearing my No Bulls proudly.

On the inside of the structure of the shoe itself, something out of place was causing pressure and pain when wearing the shoe. The top of my foot was bruised after wearing the shoes only once. It was only happening on the left shoe so it seems to be some kind of isolated incident or fault within the assembly process since the right shoe is completely fine and comfortable.
I am otherwise very satisfied with the shoes and am looking forward to getting my replacement pair!
