Have been a long time top tier customer, but their customer service, especially chat, is terrible and super frustrating. Making it worse is their lack of transparency on promotions and ability to use rewards earned, especially as they have increased prices so dramatically. We have purchased shoes from No Bull for years after starting CrossFit a while back. I recently had an issue with the quality of the shoes after purchasing and they were more than helpful with a resolution and sending a new pair! I've never had any other issues and we love the shoes! Absolutely would recommend.

I ordered a pair of shoes because of a recommendation from a friend. I love them for my strength training. The pair I ordered was a little big so I went to exchange them and they did not have them in the smaller size. I contacted the company about returning them, but I purchased with a discount and the return process wasn’t simple under that circumstance. I emailed customer service and spoke with them several times in an agent kindly offered to make the exchange work for me letting me pick a different color and size that was available for me. They went out of their way to help me get another pair of shoes (without my having to go through the long process of returning, and losing my discount). Awesome customer service!
I had an amazing experience buying 3 pairs of shoes and clothing from Nobull. The products are amazing i love everything about them. Allday 365 is perfect really for all day, from gym to work and then out with friends. Drive 2 is great for both walking and exercising outside or in the gym i love how it supports my posture it makes me feel safe. Best of all i love their customer service 👌🏻 they are always there to help you with any issues even if you just have a question. The agents are very patient and knowledgeable about every little detail of the products and willing to work with you to resolve any issue that might have come up. I have been trying for days to get a response from customer services re; the non-receipt of an order placed 9 days ago. I have had no update on my order at all and just feel as if I'm getting the run around. Absolutely no actual response just 'we'll get back to you' or 'please reach out again if you need help'. My first and definitely last experience with this company.
The shoes are comfortable but the laces are too short and won't stay tied. I reached out to customer service and was told they would not provide me with other laces but I was welcome to purchase them on their site. Pretty disappointing.

I have an uncommon shoes size (16) and maintain an active lifestyle. Finding something that fits and has specific function is challenging. NOBULL popped up and I tried them out. I quickly have 3 pairs due to value and function that seem uncommon in today's market. I had a slight manufacturing defect (broken shoelace loop) with one pair that was immediately resolved without question. I will continue to try more of NOBULL's products to help support their business model. I look forward to my next size 16 style of footwear. 💪🏽

When my shoe broke after only a few months, I contacted customer service and let them know what happened. They were very kind and helpful, and sent a replacement pair out that day. Plus, the shoes are super comfortable, love them for working out and walking!
