One of my orders came in and the bag for it was messed up and all they offered me was 10% off of a future order. *Thanks for reaching out. I honestly haven't had the best customer service experiences, but y'all do have amazing prices so I keep coming back. You don't have to do one or the other though.

Thank you for your feedback. After reviewing your order, I can confirm that it was placed on Sunday at 8:24 AM EST. Regular business hours are M- F, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST, orders placed outside of those hours begin processing on the next business day. Your order entered processing on Monday morning, which is when the shipping timeframe begins. This policy is also outlined on our website, where we advise that orders placed outside of business hours, or after the daily processing cutoff, will begin processing on the next business day.
