the process started very slow, but goes very smoothly afterwards
the pre-delivery process was slow to a point of it became a bit concerning (though they promptly every questions and concerns I have during those slow moments). after my item has been authenticated the process was quick and smooth and I got my shoes in just 2 days after I request for delivery from SG to KL (which to me was great!) if possible I would've given 4.5/5 but overall I'm super happy and will not hesitate to buy from Novelship again in the future.

Fast delivery and reliable shipping service!
The condition of the shoes is not the best as there are some defects and I suspect someone wore it before.

Great platform. Hoping the payout duration gets improved as the payout turnaround time is quite slow as compared to stockx/goat. Hope once pair got authenticated, payout should automatically be processed to the designated account

all was good, the order and payment process went by smoothly, the delivery was also very quick. the shoes also came safely but the soles are placed/sticked on wrongly. like it’s a bit wonky so it’s very uncomfortable when using them. but i guess i can fix them myself? only disappointed with that aspect

It's been almost 7 working days since the seller shipped my order# BOM4V8DKKG. Although your customer support has been responsive saying that it should've arrived within last week, they've been unable to provide a valid reason for the delay in arriving at their authentication centre.
In this day and age, it really shouldn't take that long no matter where it's coming with express courier services. Please provide me with a proper explanation for the delay and some sort of timeline. Certainly hope that you're also expediting the process so that i can receive my order within the 5-9 working days timeline as promised by Novelship.

I was trying to show a friend how to purchase a shoe and pay with their partner payment company but during a process I click on the normal purchase and went thru. Knowing that I made a mistake I immediately email
To the support team and explained to them that I made a Mistake while trying to Show my friend how to link to the partner payment mode. I even told them the shoe wasn’t even my size and I did not intend to buy it. I sent them within 1/2 and hour. The reply I got was a automated reply as it was late at night it’s still understandable.
But in the morning I was very disappointed that they told me my reason is not enough and they have to be fair to the seller. I Totally understand if I had made the purchase and after considering even just after 1 day I decided not to buy and you guys reject my request I would have nothing to say. But for my case I do admit I made a genuine mistake and I immediately sent a request out and I am pretty sure the seller haven’t even see this request but the reply I got which I don’t even know it’s just another automated reply or they really review my case. But is just very disappointing how they can say they want to be FAIR but can’t help with such genuine request.
After giving some thought they decided to refund and cancel my order. So I rest my case and appreciate your kind gesture. Thank you!
