Was Sketchy at first after seeing the bad reviews but there were loads more positive feedback so I went ahead and placed an order. It arrived exactly 14 days after payment no hiccups along the way. I can also confirm that the shoes were legit so my first overall experience was very good. Placed another order a few days ago and it has just been shipped. hopefully this order goes well too.

The 3 pairs I ordered is fine but please don’t use Janio Asia for courier services as they are slow and never update their shipping status. This will tarnish your company’s reputation. Keep it to DHL as their service is efficient and top notch. Ease the delivery of the shoes too.

As a new buyer here, I like the price is going on with those low price shoes “perhaps”. My first purchase is not going very perfect, due to your brand try to bring the Novelship to Taiwan but I still gotta pay the international fees for the purchase because the main system is running in Singapore, which means it cost more on delivery If you try to work on the authentic in Taiwan and deliver locally it might increase lots of people who try to buy/sell with your system.

The app itself is easy to navigate and understand, making searching for shoes, clothes etc. very easy. however, the prices listed/lowest listings can cause confusion when looking at items. On top of this, there was some confusion with paying, whilst entering the card details, due to its layout, and prices for shipping are very high and overpriced. On the other hand, the shoes i bought were double-boxed with bubble wrap, came within a week and the app gave me access to things such as discount codes, points and the opportunity for free shipping. Overall, my experience with novelship was better than it was bad and i would definitely recommend it to my friends/family if they were looking for well-priced shoes.

Ordered Taupe Haze 4s for my missus Christmas present, at first I was skeptical as it was my first time buying. Novelship exceeded my expectations with my order arriving in less than 3 weeks in time for Christmas. Item delivered fast. Authenticity check was like fast. Somehow receive the item, everything looks great, only to find out that the stitching near to the swoosh logo of left shoe is abit different from the right shoe. The base and the shoe theres a glue mark. Hmmm. I hope novelship should be more precise on checking this small detail.

Problems with app and website. Poor assistance given. As a company that has very strict rules in selling, the shoes recieved are not the best condition as well. There are no excuses. You are not a huge company like GOAT or StockX but yet after multiple complains, there is still no improvement.
