The shoe is so nice i loved it. Only this doesn’t come with the novelship tag. Only a certification that says its authenticated. But everything is all good.

Delivery was fast, less than a week. Overall the shoes was in good condition. However there are a few loose threads/stitching, as well as dried up glue on the shoe

Customer Service is not too bad.
But i was quite disappointed that you have changed the Courier pickup service from Janio to Ninja Van..
When using Janio, i had no complains with them as they pickup the parcels on the date itself and always within the specified timeframe..
Kudos to Janio for doing a great job on that.
But as for Ninja Van, they were late and nowhere to be found, had to call their customer service to complain and tell them to expedite on their pickup services, it was supposed to be 12-3pm pickup time but until 5pm, no one came to pick it up.
Eventually had to call their customer service an told them the issues.
Finally they came and picked up the parcel by 2050hrs.
I believe that i'm not the only one that is complaining. So please do a review on the Courier services that you used and hope next time you guys can be better and use a more reliable courier.

The shipping it self was a bit late even though I choose warehouse options, I wansnt too worried but Novelship should promote it self I not more beacuse I have a loot of friends that question Novelship to be legit, since they don't know.

Shoes did not come Dead Stock as I was expecting and had creases
The condition of the shoes I bought were not dead stock as I expected them to be and I was rather disappointed. Shoes had creases in them and box had damage to it as well. Had been recommended this app through friends with good experiences but this was rather disappointing hope this doesn’t happen again.

I have brought several times from
Novelship on the last purchase I noticed on the sneaker some marks, so I did a little reach and it turned out I brought a fake SB highs, after contacting them I received a email saying we do our best and at providing quality sneakers and also defects shoes, they have admitted my sneakers are not 100% correct but they have offered nothing back, so I brought over priced resell sneakers and they simply don’t care or tell you that before you buy them. This may not always be the case. But if I can tell if the sneaker is a fake or has a defect, how come people working for them can’t when they get pay to look at this?

We're sorry to hear that you believed the item that you received isn't authentic.
Prior to shipping items to you we verify them in person with our industry experts. All items are within the production standards for the shoe and are cleared for release. We unfortunately do not have control over the manufacturer's production standards and must work with products that they have cleared for release. Glue, stitching, and slight paint variances are common in all mass-produced shoes.
Additionally, all box have lines on it and it is normal. The only shoe that is suppose to come unlace in the box is Jordan 1 (Except a few special ones which comes laced up). Lastly, it doesn't matter which lace is suppose to be on which side as we have received shoes that the seller tried re-lacing it.
I would like to take this opportunity to also assure you that the sneaker is 100% authentic.
