I tried to cancel my trial subscription NUMEROUS times over a few days via the website. It would not allow me to cancel. I sent them three emails telling them I need to cancel, the website wasn't working, never heard back. Tried to call the number given for customer support, could not get through. They proceeded to charge my card for the monthly subscription, which I am disputing. I am NOT going to pay this, so why do they do this to me? Overall a frustrating experience, one that angers me.

Often provides enough information to determine if a missed call without a voicemail left warrants a return call oe a number block. Unfortunately, the more sophisticated scammed can make it look as though they are calling from just about any available phone number, so blocking just that number may not prevent future calls from that person, entity or robocaller. I just wish Nuwber was free to access all available information. I get that they're not a charity and I truly appreciate that what is provided for free is often useful!
