My boyfriend ordered me the lock initial paperclip necklace for my birthday this year. When I got it, it was perfect! I loved it so much. I wore it For a week, removing it before I showered and avoiding having it be in water...week 2 and it is SO TARNISHED AND BLACK. I know my boyfriend spent over $115 on this only to have it look like cheap jewelry after a week or two. I am so upset and he is unhappy for me. I doubt I will order again and would not recommend to friends.

I have ordered a few pieces from here and trying to order another one they offer a discount but the discount code never works no matter how many times I enter it. It suck that you can't talk to a real person and your stuck with emails that they don't truly respond to.

Absolutely ridiculous, ordered a gift for a friends wedding on express , now a problem with the order and they can't say when it will come , they are flying to vegas and it won't be there , first and last time I will order.
UPDATE - nearly a week after you have ment to have delivered it you are telling me I can have a store credit not a refund & the production is on hold !!! absolutely ridiculous, a disgrace of a company.
