I am a first time customer to OGL. As a petite person, I rarely buy clothes online and never from an unknown company. The pieces were of surprisingly good quality for the prices and some have already become favorite pieces in my wardrobe. I will need to hem some pants though. There were a few that didn't fit well despite ordering the same size as the others that did. I was initially very upset about the return policy and suspicious this company was a scam but Bonnie was an outstanding representative of the company. I was planning to never order from OGL again but her proactive management of my concerns and ensuring my full satisfaction was the best I've ever experienced from a company!!! I've realized that OGL IS a LEGIT company that genuinely cares about their clients. I've gone on to order again. Love, love, love the OGL brand! I think ive already purchased half of their product line with todays delivery of the white midi skirt,
white open back brami dress, navy shoulder adjustable midi brami dress and a light blue brami tank top! The Brami tops and dresses are perfect for summer, wether on vacation or at the office with their built in bra! These dresses can be dressed up or down depending on the occassion. I consistently received complemets on every dress I have worn and directed several colleagues to the Oglmove web site to make purchases of their own. Their return policy is different, given that it would be very expensive to ship items back for refund-- instead they offer an exchange for a small fee, and you can keep or dispose of the original item. I liked some of their items a lot, some not so much. The dress I purchased ran small (was tight in the sleeves); the blouse I ordered in the same size fit really well.

I have purchased from OGL before and love the quality of the clothes and the fact it is a B corp. Though the shipping can take a little bit longer than some companies, it is well worth the wait. I have had a fantastic experience with customer service. My last purchase came with one item that did not suit me. Im new to this brand and am very skeptical of purchasing anything on line specially clothes . But when I received the skirt I ordered was blown away with the quality and the very nice fabric. But unfortunately the waist was too tight! I contacted customer service and again was blown away with how quickly they handled my problem, another one is on its way.
