Oflmove is a great company if you want fabrics that keep you cool that are flexible, especially if you travel a lot or just every day needs. I recently had an order where the pants didn’t quite fit in length and weren’t exactly as I expected but when I requested a return, they had some alternatives for me and I have to say the alternatives were a nice surprise. They went over and above my expectations, and I would certainly order again from them in the future.

The customer service is non existent. I have emailed multiple times with no response. I have returned an item with all the information required and never received my refund. I do not recommend this company.

I’ve done my first order and I like this clothes, the quality fabrics and the colours, but one of the pieces doesn’t fit so well. I want to send it back, but had some problems with it. That’s why I was sending the Costomer service an email and explained my situation. The customer service was the whole time soooo nice, was answering all my questions perfectly and was so patient with me. She was answering really fast to, it was the best contact with a customer service I ever had, so I really want to say thank you.

I wanted to like OGL - the outfits look cute and comfortable online. The clothes are soft but the quality is poor. My first order had fit issues, so I tried to return. When you submit a return you have to wait 8-24 hours for someone to answer you about your return. They mention shipping back is expensive and would I like a gift card (for less than what I was trying to return) and to donate the clothes. I hate returning things so I took that. With the “credit” plus some extra money bc of course my credit wasn’t enough to buy an outfit, I ordered another set. When it came the two navy pieces (which I bought to go together) were completely different shades. When I wrote to return and waited the 12 hours for my email, they wrote that their policy is not to return things purchased with a gift card — so now I have even more clothes to donate and I’m out $300 altogether.

They are actually two different shades—one is Smoky Navy, while the other is Deep Navy—so there is a noticeable difference in color. This was my first order from OGL and it will not be my last. I purchased several pieces and they were made with great quality. I did have a couple pieces that just weren’t the right size for me and the refund/exchange process was EXCELLENT! Lucia was very helpful. I was able to “exchange” a couple pieces without actually exchanging them! Lucia allowed me to keep the items I needed a new size in and order 2 new items of the same price for only a small shipping fee. The customer service is next level! In addition, I also received a 20% off coupon for my next order. I look forward to buy more comfortable and flattering pieces in the future!

Very positive experience shoopping with Oglmove. I ordered two halter tops, loved one and didn’t care for the second one. I immediately contacted customer service through email and they were prompt, courteous and helpful. I wanted to exchange the halter for a different style and they allowed me to do that, at the same price, without having to deal with the hassle of returning the top I was unhappy with. Communication throughout the entire process was great. The halter I kept is well made, love that I can go braless and of good quality. Hoping the second one is just like it!

I love the versatility and quality of these clothes! It makes getting dressed for work a no-brainer. I was however, getting ready to return a few items from an order and contacted customer service to find out what the procedure is. I was concerned because there was limited information on their website regarding returns. When I contacted them, Bonnie was very quick to reply to my message and graciously offered some options that I was very happy with! I am so happy I found out about OGL. The quality of the clothes is amazing and customer service always gets back to you quickly. I love the built in bra and the shorts that are attached to the skirts. The styles are very classy and can be worn to work or for comfort. Loved my outfit - a draped top and skirt. Great for the garden party and the holiday I purchased them for. I also got some trousers which didn't fit. Customer services gave me several options to sort - getting a different pair, just had to pay postage, but I'm keeping the other pair and got a 20% off my next order as well.
