The first 4 of 5 items i ordered came beautifully and well packaged. The final item I ordered was a Rosary for my boss. The rosary was beautiful but had no padding in the box and the cross was broken. I will update my review if/when we have a simple solution.

If anyone is thinking about ordering from the online store called Olivenorma you may want to rethink it. I ordered a couple little things for the kids' stockings from there thinking it was shipping from in the US. They tricked me and it was really coming from China. It took almost a month to get here and then I had to go down to the post office to pay extra $5.55 shipping for it when I had already paid shipping when I ordered it. It was a counterfeit shipping label. Answer: The items I ordered was the pyramids, not stockings. I ordered them as gifts for my kid's stockings. The problem was the shipping, not the items. Although now that I have been scammed, I am wondering if the crystals in them are even real. Maybe that's a scam too.

The supposed “moonstone” is literally PLASTIC glued into place. And the welding beads are huge and sloppy. If you are looking to glean some benefit from what are supposed to be mood uplifting and healing properties, this is NOT THE PLACE to purchase anything. Also 30 day money back guarantee is contingent on YOUR PAYING THE POSTAGE TO SEND BACK OVERSEAS! No prepaid labels. Customer service is limited to emailing via their site and it takes them days and weeks to acknowledge your message. You will be chasing your own tail trying to get your money back. FREE RETURNS CLAIM IS 100% A LIE! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! I ordered a ring. It came. Took forever to arrive. Because the quality was not what was described (not sterling silver, and not a moonstone but plastic) I contacted customer service to process a return. After 4 attempts to arrange for a prepaid return label to be sent to me, they gave me an address and expected for me to pay for shipping back to them myself. When I told them they are supposed to provide the shipping label for the advertised “free return” they all the sudden told me the ring didn’t come from them and to check to see if I’d bought elsewhere. REALLY?!? I sent all the details of the order and the receipt to them to show it was purchased from them. I have contacted the better business bureau. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY! Completely FRAUDULENT! Quality is equivalent to a gumball machine trinket. Customer service is nonexistent. LIE ABOUT MATERIALS USED IN PRODUCT AND “FREE” RETURN POLICY. I wish I could do more to force the company to be accountable for their false and misleading claims. STEER CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY!!!! If there was a way to give negative stars, I’d do so.
