I ordered the Sun and Moon crystal shelf and it was sent to me in a black bag all the way from China. It was dented and scratched and one side was totally broken. They offered me a 10% refund. I can't give this as a gift. Now to get my money back I have to pay nearly what it cost to send it back to them.

this company false advertises there jewelry to be sterling silver i ordered a ring from them two months ago wore it twice it turned pink and green after i was told it was sterling silver when i messaged the company they said because i ordered two months ago things tarnish and they can’t guarantee i didn’t ruin it and offered me a discount on a new ring i told them that they false advertise items and i would not be ordering from them again horrible company that sells all fake jewelry at ridiculous prices

DO NOT ORDER RUN! The quality is very cheap. I order 3 necklaces they sent me all the same necklaces. Before my order was even shipped out. I emailed them and asked for a full refund. Of course they lied and said it wasn’t possible. Due to my order already being shipped. Moral of the story always read reviews and do your research. Companies like them make me sick.

Product is a lie. This a resin/ plastic. Not turquoise. Whomever made it spilled resin down the band and left it there. Then you felt it was still ok to ship it to me looking like that. The quality is almost gumball machine.

Ordered 2 rings almost a month ago and i havent gotten an email or anything about my rings. So they took my money and wont give me the damn rings i ordered.
My bracelet is actually a necklace that is supposed to wrap around the wrist multiple times. My issue is I have very small wrists so 4 times is too loose and 5 times is too tight.
The 2 necklaces are lovely (Jade replicas) but one chain arrived broken.
I love the ring and it fit perfectly an it looks beautiful and I like how on the card it gives you steps of yoga and it tells you what each colour represents
Gems aren’t authentic, but the products still look nice
Ordered a moonstone ring. Judging by how the ring is ALWAYS listed as “Free, just pay shipping (18$)”, and the shipping is from China (so it’s not actually hand-crafted in the USA), I could gather that the ring is cheaply made even before purchasing.
The gemstone is not authentic, it’s likely just an acrylic bead or glass cabochon, but regardless, the metal of the ring and the fake gem are both quite nice looking. I enjoy wearing it and I receive compliments on it every so often.
I’m not a stickler for authenticity, so I don’t mind wearing fake gems as long as they fit the aesthetic I’m going for. But Olivenorma is definitely not the shop to buy from if you’re looking for genuine, real gems.
Products are not as advertised. I bought a heart shaped "opalite" necklace first, then the circle shaped "opal" necklace. I was DOUBLE disappointed! The "heart" shape wasn't even the same shape as advertised on the site. It also had a flat back side, as compared to their site, it was shape dimensional. Their website says "Guaranteed gemstone authenticity." There was no opalite, opal or wood in my products! It was just a picture with a clear resin on top. Of course, my 1 star review I posted will never make it on to their site, as others have said the same. I was a pretty regular customer on their site because everything was reasonably priced. After these last two purchases, I will not be back.
The articles I ordered today were published in Mexican Pesos... So the total of the shop suppose to be 378 mxp (around 19 usd) , but they charged me 378 usd!!! I'm trying to cancel the order but is not an option to do it.. Any body can give me some advice how to cancel before it it shiped
