I ordered a size 12 ring (inner diameter 21.5mm), got a ring with an inner diameter of 23mm, which is size 14. Wider than my thumb... I also saw some reviews about paying "only shipping", yeah that was a big lie, since if you ordered 5 rings, you'd only have to pay 18$ if it was only shipping, it added to 90$ in the cart...even the one i did buy came 2 sizes bigger than ordered.

When inputting your shipping address their system automatically get rid of your apartment/unit number. I only realised about it when haven’t heard from any carrier about my arriving package. I tried to contact the customer service to reach to the carrier, yet they replied me telling me it’s not their fault when this gets wrong and ‘offered’ to ship another time as long as I pay them through PayPal. Their website also provided zero information about package tracking and the customer service put zero effort to track and contact the carrier. Right now I’m not even sure if they actually sent the product given the how the website swallows apartment numbers and the fact that no carriers have sent me any updates even though my contact details are correct. Stay away from this if you want to buy a gift to someone you care for any special occasions.

I would rather pay more and get the real deal. ***I purchased a pyramid, paid 100.00 plus 50.00 shipping. I thought it came from the U.S, now I'm finding out, it came from China. It was defective. The middle dome, photo and copper ring was visibly lopsided. I reached to to advise them, they wrote back saying that they will let the manufacturers know. They offered 10.00 refund and 20% off my next order. I replied say NO, that I wanted a replacement.... I have not received a reply.... SCAM??? I would say Yes 🤔
I ordered a "Yoga Mat" for my daughter, paid over $40, and when it arrived realized that it is just a piece of fabric. Pretty yes, but not a mat. I went to their return policy. "Sale" items cannot be returned. If you notice, every single thing they have is on "sale." So you are stuck with whatever you buy. Save your money, go to Etsy or Ebay or Amazon and get some value.

Terrible! I bought a “crystal lamp” for $80. One, it is not a lamp, it’s a night light! Small and super overpriced. Ridiculous product! The crystals are also not authentic in this so called lamp. They have no healing vibes and being someone who buys crystals frequently I can tell they are fake. Very disappointed. I wrote to the company and they didn’t offer a replacement, money back or anything. Buyer beware. I am buying a lamp instead on Etsy that is authentic at the same price point.

Fake products. Selling items based on the premise of healing powers of stones. Then send you acrylic balls inside of more acrylic. Tried to claim it was a tigers eye a stone when it was perfectly translucent ball housed in clear acrylic. Not willing to refund just said “sorry just be poor handmade work”
I ordered two pyramids. It took a VERY long time for them to arrive I contacted customer service about the delayed delivery and they answered me right away. The price isn't great. It was a free promotion (just pay $18 shipping). I ordered two and they both arrived in the same package. They were a bit small but still very pretty.
