Locating the product and ordering is a simple process. The rails I received are quality and look good. I am currently waiting for a response regarding a refund to reorder the correct fit for my vehicle. The error was on my part; be sure you know the wheelbase of your vehicle.Once the refund and reordering is done I would gladly give a 5 star rating!
Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad to hear that locating and ordering the product was simple, and that you are happy with the quality and appearance of the rails. We appreciate your diligence in verifying your vehicle’s specifications. Once your refund and reorder are complete, we look forward to earning your 5-star rating!
It's a total self-assembly but product is of good quality. Make sure to secure all parts during install as you will be asked to pay $20 for 'access' to a 'replacement parts site' if any lost, damaged or stolen🤔
Hello Dear Customer, Thank you for your feedback! We're glad to hear you're satisfied with the quality of the roof rack. You’re right — it does require full assembly, and securing all parts during installation is definitely important. Regarding replacement parts: if you're within our return/replacement policy window, we encourage you to reach out to us directly. In most cases, we're happy to offer a one-time courtesy spare part free of charge. However, if the request falls outside of our policy, a replacement fee may apply to cover part access and shipping costs. We appreciate your understanding and are always here to help if you need assistance! Best Regards, OMAC USA Team
