The first girl blonde I didn't even get her name but she usually is the secretary she needs to stay that Courtney is it great she is always helped us the first girl she didn't even put most of the information in me and my wife done it over the weekend online and that's why the secretary should stay secretaries on everyone has to learn but personally I'm not the only one the couple that was there before us acted like she didn't know what the hell she was doing either but thank you Courtney you were great

I received a preapproved offer in the mail, I responded to the offer and it came back as approved and I was asked for my bank information to transfer the money. I received a call the system was down and this information had to be input manually. I gave the information, and was told the ACH for the loan was declined by my bank. I get ACH transfers daily for my business, so this seemed very bizarre. I was told because the ACH did not go through, they would not proceed with my loan - the website notes the ability to use a debit card as an alternative but this was not something they could do. I am extremely frustrated with this bait and switch. The loan noted as approved, I was told the funds would be released, but what seems like a system issue on OMF side, I was not able to go forward. I am hopeful this does not hit my credit report as this transaction was not my fault. I STRONGLY suggest you do not use this company. My local branch is extremely courteous, but they could not pull up the offer for me. So again, do NOT use this company.

Denise from the Blue Ridge, GA office made things go so smoothly, after we played phone tag for a few days. She explained everything in detail, didn't rush my decisions at all. I did wind up getting an insurance plan, that I didn't expect, but after Denise explained what it covers, I decided it was a good idea to add and it wasn't too much of an extra cost. As accident prone as I am, with falls and whatnot, if I go to the ER, this will cover my expenses. So after finalizing everything and signing the documents, the money was deposited before the evening was over. Consolidated my bills and I can breathe again. Stephanie said she sent emails that weren’t received. She would “resend” them and I would get them. There was no sense of urgency on her end until she realized that there was an actual deadline that need to be met, a deadline that her boss gave her. When we arrived to close she hadn’t finished verifications so we waited over an hour to actually get to the closing portion. I had another appointment to make it to and because she had taken so long to get to closing no talk of a payment schedule was made nor were automatic payments set up. She made excuses not apologies for her shortcomings.
