Forced adoption of new ui is…

Forced adoption of new ui is disorienting and makes the service less useful and reliable (the new OpenArt Suite is far more cumbersome than the previous version). File downloads would benefit greatly by being organized with the datetime they were created in the filename string. Exports of prompts and/or libraries and ways to organize or take advantage of AI to combine and re-optimize prompts would also be a welcome addition.

scam...one line prompt

scam...one line prompt, returning my image, imagine that for 50 times...

One of the most useful platforms in my AI filmmaking workflow

OpenArt has become one of the most useful platforms in my creative workflow. I use it for developing cinematic concepts, creating reference images, building storyboards and experimenting with AI-generated commercial and film content. The variety of models and tools makes it much easier to move from an initial idea to a polished visual direction without constantly switching between platforms. I especially appreciate how quickly I can test different compositions, characters, environments and styles while refining a project. AI generation will always require experimentation, but OpenArt gives creators a strong set of tools for iterating and producing professional-quality work. The platform continues to improve, and it has become one of the services I return to regularly.

Open art is excellent

Open art is an excellent platform to create exemplary quality a i generated images and videos. I have been subscribing to them for over a year now and use their service for many different needs in my Graphics business. It has become a wonderful Partnership of AI technology with human manipulation to get exactly what I'm looking for in my art projects and I'm consistently impressed with the quality and variety that I'm able to create to please myself and my clients whether it be a simple one off image to help tell a story or a series of illustrations for a book. Very happy with this company and what they provide and I know I've just scratched the surface of what's possible.

I use OpenArt AI since over a year to create music videos, album artwork and short social media clips. It offers a great selection of creative tools, is easy to use and helps me turn my ideas into strong visuals quickly. A very useful platform for independent artists! The prices are fair .

My favourite AI creative tool

I've been using OpenArt almost every day while building my AI animation business because I've found it easy to use and it always has the newest released products on the market. I've tried other AI platforms and I continue to look for platforms which might be a better option for my business however OpenArt continues to deliver everything I need. I mainly use OpenArt for videos today, so it would be fantastic to have a video-only subscription option to ensure I get more value for money. OpenArt does improve at a consistent level. Every few weeks there's something new to try and it feels like they're genuinely listening to what creators want and need. Like any AI tool, it isn't perfect and sometimes you need a few attempts to get exactly what you're after. But that's just part of working with AI, not something specific to OpenArt. I also notice that I am often limited in the amount of text I am able to enter for video production. Other sites using the same AI engine isnt restricted as much. Overall, it's saved me a huge amount of time and helped me bring ideas to life much faster. If you're into AI art, animation or content creation, I'd definitely recommend giving it a go.

16,000 credits gone to their own compiler bug. No refund, no reply.

After hearing positive things about OpenArt, I decided to use OpenArt to build an animated 3-4 music video. I provided the character still and the audio. The video compile failed every time I ran it. 16000 credits and $50 down the drain. OpenArt's own in-product agent diagnosed the failure three times, with three different root causes, each stated confidently, each fix attempted, each attempt consuming credits. None ever produced a video. Their Help Center states failed generations are refunded automatically. My Credits History shows zero entries under Refunded. Not one, across every failed run. I emailed support 5 days ago. No reply. I followed up 3 days later. Still, no reply.. If you are considering OpenArt for longer video projects: a bug on their side can consume your entire balance, the advertised auto-refund may not fire, and support may not answer. Hoping this review at least gets type of response or acknowledgement.

Easy to use and good experience

I've been using OpenArt for a while now for my own AI art and video projects, and it's become a go-to tool for me. The model selection is solid, the results are consistently good, and it's easy enough to just sit down and start creating without fighting the interface. Happy customer with no complaints :)

Been here for over a year

Been here for over a year – not a single regret I've been using OpenArt for over a year now and it's been one of the best decisions I've made in the AI tools space. What really stands out is how consistently up to date the platform is. New models, new features – OpenArt is always ahead of the curve, often one of the first to integrate the latest developments. Seedance in particular is absolutely incredible and has made this platform indispensable for me. One thing I genuinely wish was better: OpenArt Director is really confusing when it comes to credits. It's hard to know in advance how much a generation will cost before you actually run it. A lot more transparency there would go a long way. That said, if you're serious about AI-generated images and videos, this is the place to be.

Got a star because I can't give 0 star.

Got a star because I can't give 0 star. It's clearly a scam on the credit usage. Cost me 7,000 credits for a 1-min video, I intentionally paid for just one month in the beginning because I was suspecting something. I will never again. The system will never understand the prompt even after using a reference image. Please, if you are reading this review, RUN RUN RUN.

Openart.ai for the win

Since I started dabbling in AI, OpenArt was actually the second app I tried — and I ended up staying because I loved having everything in one place. I didn’t need to keep jumping between different platforms just to create my content. I’ve created my avatars here, my images here, and my video content here too. Once you get the hang of the platform, you really can build your whole workflow in one place without needing to use loads of other tools. One thing I also really appreciate is that OpenArt keeps adding tutorials and guidance whenever new features come out, so you’re not left trying to figure everything out on your own. The subscriptions are also very reasonable. For me, that all-in-one experience is what kept me using the app for over a year now.

A Platform I Keep Coming Back To

I've used OpenArt extensively as part of my AI workflow for architecture and creative projects, and it's become one of the platforms I return to regularly. What I've appreciated most is the pace of development and the range of creative tools available in one place. I've found the image generation, image-to-video workflows, storyboard capabilities, and character consistency tools particularly useful when exploring ideas and developing visual narratives. As an architect and AI trainer, I value tools that support an end-to-end creative workflow rather than focusing on a single feature. OpenArt has helped me experiment with concepts more efficiently while giving me good control over the creative process. No platform is perfect, and I've encountered occasional limitations as the tools continue to evolve. However, my overall experience has been very positive, and I've found the platform to be a valuable part of my workflow.
