I have an existing loan
I have an existing loan. Good standing. They continuously offer a refinance, kept requiring new documents, which I provided everything. Then they said I waited to long. They dragged it out for two weeks,never did complete, and can't even communicate with a human being. Can't even reapply even though it keeps telling me to. Terrible system, terrible communication.
OppLoans really came through for me when I needed help most! I have only good things to say about them and the financial services they provide! Give them a try if you need help. You won't regret it!
If I could give a negative writing to this company I would we sent a bank draft to pay off to loans in full. They credited the bank draft to one loan and then told us we were not eligible for a refund and our hounding us continually for the amount of the second one. I advised that they should have refunded the check so the bank draft could be sent into separate checks and they told me unfortunately that they could not do that so now they are threatening to sue over their own mistake. Never do business with this company.

Well it started with the text from Amanda. I guess your customer care person and she was amazing. There was some snags with getting the linked bank account and other things that I needed. She walked me through but most importantly she had tremendous patience cuz we were on the text. Probably at least an hour going back and forth with things that we needed. Finally at the end we got everything else accomplished. She was great! Your company, your service to me is a+ I would recommend you to anybody. Thank you again.
