They walked me through every troubleshooting step, and when a replacement was needed, they made the process seamless. My new timer is on order, and I’m genuinely excited to receive it. It’s hands-down the best hose timer I’ve ever used!

The product is solid as I have been using it for over 10 years. This transaction was a warranty exchange. The person on the chat asked relevant questions and got me through the process quickly. This is the first one that I had fail.

Was very easy to get a replacement. I do however want to point something out. I believe the way I was able to get the replacement could be taken ADVANTAGE of. It could be abused and the system scammed for a false warranty replacement. Please do not post this as a comment. For internal use only, really.
