My shoes arrived and are at least 2 sizes too big. when I try to go to the website, it is blocked by my security program. no way to contact them for an exchange.
Cancel order opinion is a joke..on the customer.
I requested to cancel within an hour of ordering (it says you have a 24hr window). Got an email response saying they were helping other customers and would get back to me. Never did. I sent another email indicating I wanted to cancel (still in the 24hrs) no response and product was shipped. What’s the point of your cancel option? Wish I read reviews on bad customer service before i ordered. Would not recommend, as many others wouldn’t either.

If I could give zero or negative stars I would! DON'T BUY THESE! Easy returns is a joke! The shoes are way too big, NO arch support at ALL! After I said they were too big and no arch support they said they would exchange for free and I could even keep the bad ones. I kept saying NO I just want to return for refund since there is no support; they went from a 10% of cost refund to 20% of cost. Again I said NO just tell me how to return, plus I'm leaving a bad review and contacting my credit card company. Latest email is "we're escalating your request". I can return them to their warehouse in China but haven't gotten instructions yet! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

I just ordered my first 2 pairs. I work 12 hour days in a fast paced large retail chain store and I have knee problems as well as lower back. I’ve tried KURU as well as HOKA so I’m really excited to try these.

Original order was for two pairs
Original order was for two pairs, one pair fit perfect, but the other pair did not. After contacting customer service, they suggested another pair to be sent out to replace the pair that did not fit. The replacement pair was evidently mis read at the origin and the shoes sent out were definitely not for a woman. After contacting customer service another replacement pair was sent out and they turned out to be perfect. The whole process was a little time consuming, but customer service came through and took care of everything. Very good service !!!
