Shoes showed obvious wear on both soles and plastic along heel began peeling after approximately 15 hours of use. Contacted company re defect for refund . Ultimately got $15. So much for risk free purchase.

I suffer from Chronic Plantar Facitis and these shoes haven't done anything different then all the other shoes out there promise. My feet still hurt 8 hours into shift. I personally haven't noticed any arch support. Last I ordered the other inserts cause the ones in the shoes weren't comfortable. I ordered in same size as shoe and the inserts are so much smaller than shoe that my foot sits along all edges yet I still have room in shoes. Might as well keep buying the cheap Walmart shoes you get the same effects for half the price.

I ordered my regular size 9 shoes, but when they arrived they were HUGH. I contacted the company to return the shoes for a refund. The customer service email asked me to measure my feet, after which I actually needed size 8 shoes. They are sending me replacement shoes in the correct size. The customer service people were helpful and courteous.
