I found that the order went great and there was not a problem with payment. I bought them for my daughter and she works a 12-hour shift at the nursing home. I was intrigued by the present ad. I have made a complaint to ortho feet that their delivery driver had just placed my package on the porch. When they’re clear directions to put it in a lockbox. They were wonderful. They were very responsive and very apologetic. Great products and great company!

I just went through looking for the right shoe ,right color& size and it was super simple. Then paying was easy as well. I like that you can pay it out. But I chose to pay it all at once. I can't wait to get the shoes to try them out at work. I am on my feet 8-9 hrs a day so I am anxious to see how these work at my job. I am on concrete working & walking. So excited!!

The person I was chatting with Jenny was great 👍🏻 I couldn't have asked for a better person to help me she was very professional and helpful, Now as for your easy return policy!! yeah there was nothing easy about it you need to do better with that. Being almost 60 years old and a little brain fog going on for me there was nothing easy about returning the shoes if it wasn't for Jenny offering to just replace the item I would have been stuck paying for something I can't even use and by the way your shoes run fairly big I ordered a size 9 which is what size I wear and they were way to big.

ordering was quick and easy, the first pair i ordered based on the webs recommendation to order your true size, but when they arrived they were way too big, but they fit my mother so i just ordered a smaller size... hopefully these will fit ..to bad i can't get them overnighted!
