About this business

Every person in our organization is a current or former caregiver. Being passionate caregivers is critical to our ethos - remembering that we serve a fragile population (the aging and disabled) and their families - helping them arrive at better product solutions and expert application, better care, better aging - in their own home, or in the assisted living facility. Giving them hope, solving their problems, winning their business with every engagement. Delivering a world-class shopping experience and knowledge and insight and curated product solutions that cannot be replicated at the local chain pharmacy or Mega Mart or Online Marketplace. Our size and scale and approach ensure deep business relationships and true buying power with the best home health manufacturers and distributors in the business. We want long-term relationships with customers and have real caregivers answering the phones and ensuring every order and product is of great quality and value. We want to be the Sephora or Geek Squad of all things aging and caregiving related.

What people say

You're always willing to accommodate

You're always willing to accommodate, whether I need another order of briefs earlier than scheduled or need to cancel an order because I have too many. Plus my orders arrive on time and in good condition. I do get a bit annoyed with the volume of texts you send, but not enough to stop you from sending them.

Comfortable & Trustworthy Infinity

Your Tranquility product is like a miracle. I have allergies to certain materials used to manufacture adult pull-ups. Furthermore, others say ‘no leaks.’ I don’t remember your company claiming no leaks but they have not leaked once. Your product helps me. I have not been miserable once while wearing your pull-ups and booster pads. Thank you for a product I trust.

Needs more stars!

There are not enough stars for the rave review deserved by the Parentgiving product I use, which is the Dry Direct Ultimate Protective Underwear. My husband has Alzheimers and is incontinent. I cannot believe how much this product absorbs and there is never any leakage. That is not the case with Depends or any other product I tried. Now with respect to the delivery, I live in a rural area and Parentgiving uses FedEx which is sketchy for us. FedEx does not always deliver to our door (we have a mile long driveway), but mostly they do. And for some reason, the box in which the product arrives is always really dirty/dusty. We get lots of deliveries and I can testify that only happens with the Parentgiving/FedEx deliveries. I have no idea why that would be...but it is consistently true.

Very Poor return policy

Great products, great people on phones, very poor company return policy. While they will credit you for the product, they won't help or pay for shipping which is almost as much as the purchase itself. I spoke with Customer Service and they won't budge. Company policy...period. Can't do "return to sender" because they use ontrac (vs UPS/US Postal service/FedX) and they won't do "return to sender" so you have to pay for full shipping. Good products, good people on phones, very poor company return policy policy. Don't have anything change with your order or make a mistake on the order itself!

I placed an order

I placed an order, received confirmation and was charged for it. Only to find out after waiting for it to arrive for about 2 weeks that it was out of stock. I understand this happens however had I know soon after I placed the order I could have made other arrangements. Now I was left scrambling to find a replacement because my monthly subscription was also out of stock. You have a good product just need better communication in instances such as this. We depend on our orders to arrive in a timely manner because we depend on these items.
