Trash. Site claims 2 filters will be sent. I verified this with them. Got a torn bag with one filter removed. Added to that the price is for 2 filters. The box was not sealed properly leading to the filter being exposed to dirt,liquid,and undoubtedly the virus at some point. The filter is worthless as the seal on it was broken. These people, if they are trully in this field should know that this filter is worthless. They do not answer any email unless it deals with buying something... beyond that you will he stuck in a phone system that will tell you someone will call you in 10 minutes ,no one does. Its not worth the problems and there is no value here.
Ordered an in stock part but later was notified the part was never in stock. This was embarrassing to explain to customer this error that reflected on us as much as it on the shipper of the item.
Placed an order - waited a week - sent an e-mail to check on the status - no response - received a text from Paypal that the order was refunded. Absolute garbage experience.
I ordered a part for my furnace and it is winter, but it has not shipped after four days and we are still waiting for an update as to when it will ship. It would be great to gave heat again.
They cancel my purchases for no reason.
This is not a reliable business. While I was waiting for the part I purchase for my furnace I found out that my order was cancel for no reason.
I ordered a package of two Honeywell Pre filter furnace screens. I only received only one. I contacted them. They said they errored on their part with a sku number but were unable to send me the other one at this time .They did refund me a partial payment for me not receiving the second furnace screen.
Ordered an ignition control module for my Lennox Pulse furnace. My order was processed promptly, arrived quickly, fit as described and has been working well since I installed it 7 days ago.
