Pascal designs arrived exactly as pictured, the box and gift wrap it comes with are also very beautiful. I purchased a watch from them and they’ve been incredible with their communication and cooperation in exchanging for the larger size my partner wanted. I live in a remote location and was able to receive my items here which was another huge bonus. Most definitely will be purchasing more items from them in the future. Would absolutely recommend!

The jewelry is beautiful initially but DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! Within 2 months it will tarnish and be ruined. My fiancé wore the ring I bought only 3 times and within a few months, it was completely tarnished. He never showered with it and if he was not wearing it, it was in the box. Absolute garbage quality worth only $20. I spent $200+ and it is absolutely NOT WORTH IT! Customer service is also useless. Please do not buy from this company unless you want to be disappointed.

Thr ring is absolutely stunning
The ring I ordered ring is absolutely stunning! Arrived soon. The craftsmanship is exceptional, and every detail is beautifully finished. It looks even more gorgeous in person than in the photos. The design is elegant, timeless, and incredibly comfortable to wear. The costumer service was extremely helpful with helping choosing the right size.
The shipping packaging is trash
The item I ordered was beautiful and great quality. The only problem I have is the packaging. The Pascal box is nice but the shipping box and bag was giving shipping from your house. The shipping box can be a lil more sturdy and of quality. Give quality for the full experience

I had a wonderful experience! I couldn’t find the IGI certificate and was worried it was missing, but Molly was incredibly patient, kind, and responsive throughout the whole process. She reassured me every step of the way, and when the gift was finally opened, the certificate was exactly where she said it would be. Excellent customer service. Thank you, Molly! Highly recommend!

Very disappointing experience
Very disappointing experience The item I received did not match the photos on the website. When I requested a return, I was expected to organize international shipping and customs to China myself, despite the company advertising a hassle-free return process! My return request emails have also gone unanswered. Very disappointing experience—I won’t be buying from Pascal again.
