When I was having issues with paying for my vacation. Pay Later came in on time. The app is convenient and the chat is very helpful. I spoke with RJ on allowing me an extension for my last payment. I lost my deposit. I was denied a refund because of the time frame. Over $700 I lost when a common courtesy could have been a site credit.

We do want to share that airline policies typically allow ticket voiding only within a specific window of time after booking, and once that window passes, the fare rules no longer allow for a refund or void.
