I booked 2 Flights through this… Not worth it + EDIT
I booked 2 Flights through this company. For safety reasons I had to cancel 1 flight and due to date changes I had to move my flights to a later date for the second one. Now I understand this has nothing to do with Paylater Travel, however they were fully unwilling to help me in any regard. The first was a fully paid flight which I ended up having to cancel with no refund or credit or any sort of help from the company after I had been scammed and had serious safety concerns. The second Flight I ended up changing the date for, which cost me over 3/4 of the original flight to change. Communication was very slow and lax on the multiple occasions I spoke with them. So much so that the price for changing my flights had changed from the start of the conversation to the point of paying. My change of flights increased by an additional $150within the 2 hours it took to have the conversation. My recommendation is not to use this service unless you truly had to, and if you do, dont bother with the customer communication. ***EDIT*** After this review was posted I was contacted by Paylater Travel, and offered a credit refund for the hassle. Paylater went out of their way to take responsibility for falling short of their standards by offering the credit, and apologizing for the inconvenience.

My first experience dealing with your company was a little bit hectic due to the airline, charging my flight and me paying more money for the flight change due to that it was not an error on my part but the airline card however, Michelle was great. I give her five stars. She help me through the process. She also worked with me and trying to get the change T eliminated if not, if not, then lowered. Overall, Michelle and Christine was very responsive as well as Rowena to my emails. I would like it if you guys have a direct customer service line due to that be online chat portal it’s so long that my phone times out and sometimes I forget I’m waiting for a chat but overall first time experience will give you guys another try.

Fastest and easiest flight change ever !
Fast and efficient customer service from Tony. I had to update my flights with some last minute plans and Tony had responded to my message and updated my flights in under half an hour. This was so fast and efficient. Tony went above and beyond. This was the most impressive customer service experience ever.

The Experience Pay Later Travel was an absolute lifesaver! Change of date
I had a issue that was literally stressing me out and Mio assisted me and my stress levels literally went away. I truly enjoy using Pay Later travel and I will be using this way to book flights all the time!!! Mio was professional and answered me efficiently I am a happy customer 😊

Ari was terrific
Ari was terrific! I mistakenly double booked my trip and thought I would have difficulties getting a refund. Ari was very professional and was able to cancel the duplicate flight and fully refund my deposit without a problem. Every time I had an issue Pay Later has been able to resolve them without an issue. Great company to work with.

The customer service is 2nd to none, so hassle free and I must admit when I wasn't able to talk verbally on the phone I was totally put off, long story short transferred some departure dates, done and dusted quick smart.
