Consumers also noted that the beverages frequently arrive flat, stale, or severely watered down, completely ruining the refreshing drinking experience. Some reviewers were happy with the product previously, stating that it used to taste wonderful and satisfying. People mentioned enjoying the beverage as an occasional treat in the past before unwelcome recipe modifications reached the market. Others explained that they had been loyal supporters for decades before ultimately choosing alternative drinks.

Unhappy business consumer

I was a business owner that used Pepsi-Cola as my product for my customers. When Pepsi delivered the product you needed to pay for it immediately for them to leave it with you. When I close my business, I had a $328.46 credit for returned tanks and full boxes. I have been waiting six weeks and still have not received a refund check. So this is poor business on their part they are sitting on that money collecting interest but when they delivered, I needed to pay them immediately to have the product I I am trying to close out my books and can’t because I don’t have the refunds all in to close them out. I have called them six times and got the runaround. This is poor customer service on their part. I drink about 12 to 15 cans of Mountain Dew a day. Don’t need to be judged on that. I have been a business customer and a private customer for 40 some years this is bad business would never deal with them with a business again.

Watered down pepsi that's no better than a club soda

As an avid pepsi drinker for 40+ years or more, I've noticed since this horrid inflation bug has sat in, over the past couple of years, that your product gets weaker & weaker. So much so that if you hold up a 20oz bottle to the light, it looks like a tea or just colored water. It's been a gradual process, as I'm sure you didn't want your customers to realize you were trying to sham us & skimp on the flavor and potency of your formula. However, don't underestimate us because we aren't that gullible & stupid. MANY of us have noticed even though most haven't took the time to post a review. Just a side note, we wouldn't mind paying a little more if your product went back to the original great product it used to be. And why are you using nanotechnology in your pepsi?

I am from the new generation of Pepsi…

I am from the new generation of Pepsi drinkers. Now in senior drinkers Pepsi. I spend about $40.00 a month on your company product. I am laying here now with my last Pepsi ever. I need to stop and now your company taking your business position. I will no longer buy any Pepsi products or anything they invest in.

So i have realised pepsi uk version…

So i have realised pepsi uk version taste terrible im from the uk and the taste is less sugar and sweet and more chemicals and bitter sweetener type of taste, however i am currently drinking in the uk and drinking a morrocan pepsi import and it taste very good and really sweet and flavourful no bitterness or chemically flavoured taste, also the lid is different its a peel off, but the foreign pepsi tastes amazing something wrong with the uk recipe

(PEPSI) PROFITEERING IN IT INFANCY

Pepsi increased their price by $2.55 in 41 days (January 3, 2025 – February 13, 2025 = 41 Days). I'm going to stop buying it. What if we could persuade a million of us to forgo purchasing it for a week? That amounts to a weekly loss of 2.55 million and a yearly loss of 132.6 million.

Weird objects into the packages, abused and ignored by PepsiCo

On Dec2024 I bought a package of Tostitos Mexican Flavor, it came with a black ball inside, issued a complaint in a public website (reclameaqui(dot)com(dot) - title:Tostitos com objeto estranho na embalagem) , they responded but since then is was a nightmare to schedule a meeting they request by email and they never reply my emails confirming the date/time or simple they don't attend the meeting they themselves asked for..... I was given a second package to substitute the original one, guess what: it came with a similar weird back object inside, it was once again reported but sadly Pepsico do not care about their customers satisfaction, customers health, or the quality of their own product. Mega Corporations not only exploit their employees and abuse the market by suppressing others minor competitors but also abuse their own customers, how bizarre is that?

If I could give them zero stars I…

If I could give them zero stars I would. I have an unopened sealed can that has lost 50% of its volume by weight. Pepsi are not at all interested as the can is older than the 12 months shelf life they consider is reasonable. Having contacted Customer Service all they want to do is put the blame on everyone else, in their opinion it could not possibly be anything to do with them or their production process. I can only assume in their factories they they have never ever produced a part filled can of anything. Avoid anything to do with the Pepsi and Britvic brands if you want anything that would resemble decent customer service. Profit obvioulsy rules everything in the Pepsi organisation as consumers are the last thing they value.

Worst cola ever!

Tried the new Pepsi a while ago. I compared it to Tesco Cola (which is pretty vile) and could not tell the difference. In that respect they have passed the taste test. Personally I’d rather pay more for a full sugar drink, the health benefits of artificial sweeteners are increasingly being questioned by experts. All I know is that they make me ill. These days if I want a decent cola I buy Coca Cola. Pepsi needs to go back to their classic recipe pronto.
