The doormat was perfect
The doormat was perfect. My mom loved it. The only reason I gave 4 starts instead of 5 is because of communication. I finally emailed asking about order status after about 10 days and received a link. It took longer than the website led me to believe. However, I would definitely order again.

Perfect! Great customer service -- great product! I ordered the onesie for my niece's baby shower and found out after the fact that my sister (her mother) contacted PersonalFury directly to request a correction to the dachshund's name. She reported that everyone was so nice and accommodating in making the change. I am grateful!
