Unfortunately, 1 star is the lowest I can go. I had placed an order in for 5 custom key chains and received only 1 out of the 5 items a week later. I immediately contacted the support team by email, which is the only contact method and it’s now been two weeks since. Support said they would send over the rest of the order and I still haven’t received the remaining initial purchase. This is ridiculous and horrible customer service.
Great idea, poor quality.
Photo kitchen mitts are a great idea. I received mine today but they are way too big to be practical! Also the material is thin quilting with no type of heat barrier lining. These don't appear to provide protection from handling hot cookware.
